Leads Until’s legal function and shapes its intellectual property, risk, commercial, and regulatory strategy as the company develops reversible organ cryopreservation toward clinical use.
What you'll do
- Own IP strategy and portfolio development, coordinating external patent counsel and partnering with R&D and engineering on filings, assessments, and competitive monitoring.
- Lead legal risk management, advise executives and board-level stakeholders, and work with Regulatory and Clinical teams on FDA interactions, studies, labeling, and commercialization.
- Negotiate and oversee commercial agreements, licenses, research agreements, collaborations, financings, and strategic transactions; build scalable legal processes and the legal function.
