About the job
Conducts experiments to develop and optimize whole-body cryoprotectant perfusion protocols, assessing perfusion efficiency and post-perfusion organ viability.
What you'll do
- Prepare solutions, equipment, and perfusion circuits for experiments.
- Support perfusion experiments by monitoring physiological parameters, controlling conditions, and documenting results.
- Assess post-perfusion tissue and organ integrity and cryoprotectant distribution; process samples and report data.
