Leads the strategy and development of Upstart’s shared communications platform, enabling governed, scalable customer messaging across products and touchpoints.
What you'll do
- Define the platform product strategy and roadmap, balancing near-term needs with long-term goals.
- Partner with Engineering to develop shared messaging APIs, delivery infrastructure, governance controls, and communication data models.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders and use metrics and customer insights to improve platform adoption, reliability, compliance, and impact.
