Build and operate backend infrastructure for Upstart’s customer communications and marketing platforms, enabling personalized, data-driven messaging across channels.
What you'll do
- Design scalable backend services and systems for event-triggered messaging, marketing automation, and experimentation.
- Build APIs, streaming pipelines, and reverse ETL workflows that turn customer data into marketing capabilities.
- Lead medium-sized projects from design through launch and improve reliability and cross-functional delivery.
