About the job

Own planning, execution, and outcomes for complex Auto Retail software initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams from technical planning through launch and iteration.

What you'll do

  • Lead initiatives across Product, Engineering, and partner teams, turning ambiguous work into plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points, and owners.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders on priorities, technical approaches, and execution; evaluate architecture, data models, data movement, and pipelines.
  • Surface blockers and customer or operational signals, monitor post-launch results, and improve coordination and delivery practices.

What they ask for

  • Professional experience in a Technical Program Management role, including ownership of complex, cross-functional software initiatives.
  • Experience translating ambiguous, multi-stakeholder problems into executable plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and clear ownership.
  • Experience working directly with product managers and engineering managers and teams, with a clear understanding of ownership and responsibilities.
  • Technical fluency in software architecture, data models, third party vendor integrations, and data pipelines; ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and connect delivery to measurable business or customer outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a complex industry, multi-sided marketplace, or B2B2C environment with competing stakeholders and priorities.
  • Experience in financial services, auto retail, servicing, fraud, analytics, Machine Learning, or other operationally complex domains; or scaling practical program-management processes in a growth-stage environment.
