Supports and improves UtiliSave’s production AI Assistant Platform, including its RAG pipelines, LLM agents, document workflows, and cloud operations.
What you'll do
- Monitor platform health, triage issues, coordinate fixes, and maintain technical documentation.
- Build and tune RAG pipelines and LLM agent behavior; test AI features and track feedback.
- Support data and document-extraction workflows, cloud storage and cost optimization, and future CRM integration.
