What you'll do
- Develop and document construction estimates, cost baselines, assumptions, risks, and contingencies from feasibility through detailed design.
- Partner with engineering, construction, procurement, and project teams on constructability, value engineering, bids, contractor proposals, and change orders.
- Build estimating resources, standards, tools, and cost data; support execution teams with estimate handoffs, forecasts, and cost decisions.
