About the job
Leads the daily OT work plan and team delivery for power-conversion infrastructure, coordinating vendors, equipment, integration, testing, and site readiness.
What you'll do
- Sequence and coordinate OT work, staffing, vendor dependencies, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and turnover.
- Assign work, set expectations, coach team members, provide feedback, and address missed commitments within delegated authority.
- Track engineering and acceptance decisions, implementation, testing, records, and delivery obstacles through completion.
