Leads development execution for a commercial project, managing schedules, project gates, risks, costs, vendor coordination, and handoff readiness through construction delivery.
What you'll do
- Own the integrated development schedule, milestone tracking, schedule reviews, and readiness for key project gates.
- Coordinate engineering, supply chain, vendors, contractors, and delivery teams; prepare project information and documentation for handoff.
- Track development-phase cost and risk, report project status to executives and the board, and help establish project controls.
