About the job
Leads industrialization of headlamp or tail lamp products from project award through equipment validation and production launch.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with design, R&D, purchasing, and equipment builders to develop manufacturable products and equipment.
- Oversee equipment build, debugging, validation, and installation while meeting project timing and budget.
- Validate processes, train manufacturing teams, achieve production KPIs, and demonstrate line capability to customers.
