What you'll do
- Induct newcomers, plan skills development, monitor operator certifications, and keep the flexibility grid current.
- Manage daily staffing, safety, environmental-risk, and performance-board activities; conduct weekly safety briefings and flash audits.
- Coordinate with support departments on logistics and production-flow problems, including external warehouses, and escalate significant issues to the Site Supply Chain Manager.
