About the job
Oversee plastic-part manufacturing and improve molding processes, tooling, quality, cost, and delivery at the site.
What you'll do
- Support new product launches by providing manufacturing and engineering input on processes, parts, and tooling.
- Lead process design and approval according to Valeo standards, and investigate new tooling concepts and processes.
- Drive shop-floor continuous improvement, including cycle time, changeovers, scrap, quality, and material cost; formalize Kaizen cards.
