Leads and coaches a team responsible for high-stakes ValonOS deployments, ensuring quality from contract through go-live and ongoing client adoption.
What you'll do
- Own deployment quality and expertise in a product, client, or operational domain; review configurations, data, workflows, and client interactions.
- Manage and coach 3–10 Deployment Strategists, building their judgment and improving team outcomes.
- Support deployments through adoption, communicate with clients and internal teams, and develop DeploymentOS knowledge resources.
