What you'll do
- Own employee lifecycle operations, Rippling, multi-state payroll, benefits, leave, workers’ compensation, and immigration coordination.
- Set People Ops priorities and roadmap; coach teammates and establish playbooks and quality controls.
- Build and maintain workflow automations, improve system integrations, and measure process outcomes.

- Hands-on experience administering and optimizing Rippling, and owning end-to-end multi-state payroll, including taxes and registrations.
- Experience with benefits administration, immigration and work authorization coordination, HRIS data integrity, compliance, and employee lifecycle operations.
