About the job
Serves as the link between ValonOS customers and Product and Engineering, using customer feedback and product data to improve product quality, releases, and adoption.
What you'll do
- Translate customer behavior and feedback into insights for product requirements, prioritization, and roadmaps; surface recurring issues and product gaps.
- Investigate customer issues and incidents, validate functionality using data and internal tools, and work with Engineering and FDA to drive resolution.
- Coordinate release testing and readiness, communicate changes, support feature adoption, and improve customer-facing documentation.
