What you'll do
- Build automated production lines and industrialize robotic welding, material handling, assembly, and inspection.
- Own production output, quality, schedule, safety, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit and lead manufacturing teams; establish production systems and plan capacity, staffing, suppliers, and capital.
