What you'll do
- Build stakeholder relationships and translate mission problems into requirements, plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Shape pilots and adoption plans; coordinate cross-functional delivery, onboarding, training, and customer success.
- Run customer and internal operating cadences, manage program realities, document account knowledge, and identify expansion opportunities.
