What you'll do
- Work onsite with users to understand mission needs, build trust, and turn ambiguous problems into testable workflows.
- Configure workflows, onboard users, and test and troubleshoot product releases in deployed systems, coordinating fixes with engineering.
- Develop relationships with additional user groups, identify mission wins, and operate independently to prioritize work onsite.
