About the job
Leads customer-facing public-sector GRC discussions for Vanta’s V4G product, supports sales and marketing, and advises on product features and compliance workflows.
What you'll do
- Advise prospects and customers on public-sector compliance frameworks and how to implement related workflows in Vanta.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Solutions Engineering; represent Vanta in customer conversations, marketing content, and public events.
- Train internal GTM teams and share customer requirements and feedback to inform product features.

- 5+ years of experience in US government compliance, including directly taking an organization to FedRAMP Ready or Authorized, assessing as a 3PAO, or both.
- Working knowledge of FedRAMP, CMMC 2.0, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and StateRAMP/state-program dynamics.
- Strong understanding of SSP and POA&M authorship and ConMon operations.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including engagement with senior customer stakeholders.
