About the job
Build and lead Vanta’s internal communications strategy, infrastructure, and company-wide messaging as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Set internal communications strategy, channels, cadence, and practices; measure and improve their effectiveness.
- Plan and deliver company-wide communications, including all-hands, major announcements, and sensitive organizational messages.
- Advise leaders and partner across People, Marketing, External Comms, and business teams to shape clear, consistent messaging.
