Build and improve AI developer-experience systems and workflows that help Vanta engineers use autonomous agents and other AI tools reliably and effectively.
What you'll do
- Build background-agent infrastructure and systems for evaluating agent performance and improving AI quality through feedback and iteration.
- Improve shared AI tools, developer workflows, code review, and adoption through evaluation, measurement, documentation, and user feedback.
- Partner with engineers and stakeholders to deliver reliable systems and guide the development of an autonomous software factory.
