What you'll do
- Define and deliver an agentic AI onboarding vision, including how the Vanta Agent guides customers, completes setup, and supports security and compliance programs.
- Own the self-serve customer journey from signup through adoption, and establish the activation strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
- Partner with product, engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to measure outcomes, run experiments, reduce friction, and improve activation.
Pay
$243K – $286K USD base salary
