Own the architecture and phased delivery of Vanta’s enterprise organizational model for structuring and operating complex customer security and compliance programs.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver the enterprise org model, including business hierarchies, data isolation, audit workflows, scoped approvals, and data residency support.
- Evolve platform abstractions and safely migrate the production system incrementally while delivering customer value each quarter.
- Set technical direction and drive cross-team execution with Engineering, Product, Design, and enterprise customers.
