Own the product for creating and managing voice agents, expanding agent integrations, and bringing models onto the platform and measuring their performance.
What you'll do
- Own how customers create, configure, and manage voice agents; simplify the many available configuration options.
- Drive agent integrations and manage supported models from evaluation and onboarding through deprecation.
- Define evidence-based model performance measurement and experiment with agentic techniques to improve customer features.
