About the job
Leads the team and processes responsible for integrating and testing Varda spacecraft to ensure vehicle readiness for launch and operations.
What you'll do
- Mentor and manage engineers, including hiring and performance management, and own the engineering development roadmap.
- Lead vehicle integration and test campaigns; manage technical outcomes and milestone schedules for on-time delivery.
- Develop frameworks to assess vehicle changes and drive implementation; participate hands-on in integration and testing as needed.
