Own and improve manufacturing and integration processes for Varda spacecraft payload systems, ensuring quality, traceability, and readiness for vehicle integration.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain work instructions, assembly travelers, process specifications, and acceptance test procedures for payload fabrication and integration.
- Translate customer requirements and interface constraints into production processes; coordinate payload integration milestones with vehicle integration teams.
- Lead acceptance testing, build-record traceability, and root-cause analysis and corrective actions for payload non-conformances.
