Own and improve manufacturing and integration processes for spacecraft payload systems, from work instructions and customer requirements to testing, quality records, and defect resolution.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, acceptance tests, and traceable build records for payload fabrication and integration.
- Translate customer requirements and interface constraints into production processes; coordinate payload readiness with vehicle integration teams.
- Lead payload inspections, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and manufacturing improvements.
