Build and lead VAST Data’s Corporate Development function, driving strategic investments, M&A, and cross-functional special projects to support company growth.
What you'll do
- Establish deal-sourcing and execution processes; source, evaluate, and manage investments and M&A from diligence through integration planning.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial benchmarking to inform corporate strategy.
- Lead strategic special projects and support Investor Relations through narrative development, materials, communications, and conference preparation.
