Build and lead VAST Data’s Corporate Development function, driving strategic investments, M&A, and cross-functional special projects.
What you'll do
- Establish deal-sourcing and execution processes; source, evaluate, and execute strategic investments and M&A.
- Manage deal diligence, financial modeling, negotiations, and integration planning; conduct market research and competitive analysis.
