What you'll do
- Partner with customer teams to design, optimize, debug, and operate large-scale infrastructure deployments.
- Develop custom API endpoints, automation tools, scripts, and code changes to unblock customer workflows.
- Translate operational insights into technical requirements and advocate for customer needs in product planning.
