Own the technical success of strategic customer deployments by solving infrastructure challenges alongside customers and translating operational needs into product improvements.
What you'll do
- Design, support, and optimize customer deployments from design through production operation; debug infrastructure and performance issues.
- Develop custom API endpoints, automation tools, scripts, and code contributions for customer workflows.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable product improvements and advocate for them in the roadmap.
