What you'll do
- Lead complex software and infrastructure transactions and develop global commercial contract playbooks and risk-escalation processes.
- Guide commercial terms on AI data governance, privacy, regulatory compliance, and cross-border data transfers.
- Build and lead an international legal team and legal operations, including AI and contract lifecycle tools, training, and performance metrics.
