Own the reliability and technical operations of VAST’s lab clusters and supporting infrastructure, while shaping automation and tooling used by the presales engineering organization.
What you'll do
- Monitor, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain lab clusters and supporting compute, networking, storage, and virtualization infrastructure.
- Lead escalations and reproduce complex issues, providing diagnostic data and reports to engineering.
- Guide lab automation, tooling, infrastructure-as-code practices, and team development.
