What you'll do
- Assist customers with evaluations, benchmarks, system configurations, and installations; take ownership of technical responsibilities in customer accounts.
- Work with R&D on product requirements and usability, create product specifications and repeatable architecture blueprints, and contribute to sales strategy.
- Provide technical leadership on storage architectures and offerings; help develop system and field engineers and advise on building a Support organization.
