Monitors and maintains VAST Data clusters in a 24/7 operations environment, detecting incidents, coordinating resolutions, and communicating with stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Monitor clusters, respond to alerts, investigate issues, and escalate complex incidents.
- Document incidents and assist with root-cause analysis, infrastructure changes, routine checks, and audits.
- Collaborate with Support, R&D, account teams, and customers while providing 24/7 shift coverage.
