About the job
Monitors and maintains the health, availability, reliability, and security of VAST Data clusters in a 24/7 operations environment, investigating incidents and coordinating their resolution.
What you'll do
- Monitor clusters, respond to alerts, investigate and document incidents, and escalate complex issues.
- Collaborate with Support, R&D, Account teams, and customers; assist with root-cause analysis documentation and customer communications.
- Perform routine checks and audits, assist with infrastructure changes, and work scheduled shifts to provide 24/7 coverage.
