Leads and scales VAST Data’s Systems Engineering organization across the Western U.S., setting technical and regional strategy and supporting complex enterprise and AI infrastructure sales.
What you'll do
- Manage, coach, and develop Systems Engineering managers and their teams; build leadership capacity and high-performing teams.
- Partner with regional Sales leadership to shape strategy, prioritize accounts, build pipeline, and win new business.
- Set technical sales standards and engage directly in strategic opportunities involving complex architecture, executive alignment, or competitive differentiation.
