About the job
Serves as the senior CAD design authority for Fluid Systems, designing and releasing thermal and life-support hardware for human-rated space stations.
What you'll do
- Design and release thermal and life-support hardware, drawings, BOMs, mass tracking, and subsystem hardware.
- Define subsystem interfaces, lead CAD design trades, and model complex geometry and assemblies.
- Set CAD and drafting standards, manage configuration practices, mentor the team, and coordinate with manufacturing, technicians, and suppliers.
