Senior Technical Recruiter

What you'll do

• Manage searches from intake through offer acceptance, including sourcing, candidate screening, pipeline tracking, and offer discussions.
• Advise hiring managers and executives on role requirements, interview plans, market conditions, and hiring priorities.
• Guide interview debriefs and decisions, maintain recruiting processes and ATS documentation, and report hiring progress to leadership.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including hardware or aerospace engineering roles.
• Strong domain knowledge in at least one listed area: thermal, avionics, power, propulsion, GNC, flight software, or manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple searches, advising senior leaders, and sourcing passive candidates; exposure to other technical disciplines or ability to ramp quickly.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience across avionics, electrical engineering, thermal controls, power systems, propulsion, GNC, software, structures, manufacturing, production engineering, or hardware engineering.
• Experience in space, satellite, defense, or other regulated hardware industries; Greenhouse or similar ATS experience; or experience supporting rapid scale-up.

Pay

$122,000 — $165,000 USD (base salary)
