Administer and support Teamcenter/NX systems used by engineering teams to design and build human-rated space stations.
What you'll do
- Provide daily PLM support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis across accounts, access, materials, queries, integrations, and configurations.
- Gather and refine requirements, implement configuration changes, and support workflow improvements, upgrades, patching, and testing.
- Maintain documentation and training materials, provide user training, and coordinate contractors delivering configuration changes.
