Advise life sciences customers on implementing, validating, governing, and monitoring AI agents in Veeva Vault Safety and pharmacovigilance workflows.
What you'll do
- Guide customer AI strategy, governance, validation, testing, and ongoing oversight for Vault Safety workflows.
- Design monitoring metrics and dashboards, and lead workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and training.
- Lead AI-driven Vault Safety implementations and support customer success throughout the implementation lifecycle.
