Drive adoption and long-term customer success for Veeva Link in emerging and small biotech accounts through account strategy, product positioning, and customer engagement.
What you'll do
- Develop account plans, messaging, stakeholder maps, and lead product demonstrations and strategy meetings.
- Partner with sales teams on sales strategies, deals, renewals, and adoption forecasts; lead go-to-market messaging for products and features.
- Promote Link in the marketplace and relay customer themes and requirements to product teams.
