Manages customer-facing projects implementing Veeva Clinical Data software, overseeing timelines, budgets, project teams, risks, and customer adoption through deployment and operational support.
What you'll do
- Coordinate project teams, customers, vendors, and partners to deliver software implementations against contracted timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, resource allocation, risks, and mitigation plans; provide reports on milestones and blockers.
- Support requirements gathering, testing, training, change management, and transition to post-implementation support.
