Implements Veeva Vault Safety for life sciences customers, guiding them through business-process design, system configuration, validation, and training.
What you'll do
- Configure and implement Vault Safety, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, validation, and customer training.
- Lead workshops and discussions; translate customer requirements into solution designs and system configuration.
- Provide Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance expertise across implementation workstreams, including data migration and systems integration.
