Provides customer-facing post-implementation consulting for Vault CRM, helping life sciences customers configure, deploy, support, and optimize the platform.
What you'll do
- Gather requirements, advise on solutions and best practices, and provide application expertise to customer stakeholders.
- Plan and perform application build, testing, deployment, and ongoing post-go-live support and changes.
