What you'll do
- Lead implementation of SiteVault eISF and CTMS aligned with customer goals.
- Engage customer decision-makers, support renewals, and lead year-end reviews.
- Help maintain automated onboarding for free SiteVault customers and provide light-touch support through HubSpot; relay customer feedback to the product team.
