What you'll do
- Lead implementations of SiteVault eISF and CTMS aligned with customer goals.
- Build customer relationships, support renewals, and lead year-end reviews.
- Maintain automated onboarding for free SiteVault users, provide light-touch HubSpot support, and share customer feedback with the product team.
