About the job
Manage customer relationships after implementation and help global life sciences customers optimize their use of Veeva Commercial Content and Medical Vault applications.
What you'll do
- Support 4–6 large global customers using Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Medical applications.
- Advise customer decision makers and application owners, and develop application roadmaps aligned with their business goals.
- Coordinate with Veeva teams to address customer needs, triage escalations, and enable collaboration and industry learning.

- 7+ years’ experience in promotional content or Medical within the life sciences industry.
- Experience working with or in large global pharmaceutical companies.
- Customer-facing consulting experience.
- Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners; ability to travel up to 25%.
