Manage customer success for Veeva Commercial Content and Medical Vault applications, advising global life sciences customers on how to meet business goals and get more value from their applications.
What you'll do
- Support 4–6 large global customers after implementation and own relationships with their decision makers and application owners.
- Provide strategic guidance and help customers create application roadmaps aligned with their business goals.
- Coordinate with Veeva teams and facilitate customer connections to address needs and encourage collaboration.
