Advise strategic customers on optimizing their Veeva CRM investments, improving CRM programs, and influencing product development through customer feedback.
What you'll do
- Understand customers’ goals and align stakeholders across Commercial and Medical to strengthen CRM management programs.
- Educate customers on CRM products and best practices, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Share customer insights with product teams and guide customers on release adoption, governance, and change management.
